By default, all Formulists-made lists will automatically update on a regular basis.  This means that your “Recently-Unfollowed-Me” list will keep adding people that have unfollowed you but also that lists like the “Cloned-list” will change in the same way the list it is a clone of changes.  

If in any case you want to freeze the list as it is (probably the most common scenario would be freezing a clone list when you fear the original may be deleted), you can turn the updating feature off.  Here’s how:

Step 1: Login to Formulists.

Step 2: Click on the list you want to freeze on your Formulists home page

Step 3: Click “edit” in the top right

Step 4: Uncheck the box at the bottom that says “Keep List Updated”
